From: BHVA

The number of dogs in the Village has increased significantly over the past few years.  In an effort to maintain the beauty of our village and make it a pleasant place to walk, and enjoy all the other outside events, we would like to once again to remind you that cleaning up after your pet is required.

Not cleaning up after your pet is in direct violation of the BHVA Rules and Regulations and penalties will be enforced.

There are dog stations placed throughout the Village for you to use.  Dog stations are available in the following locations:

All dogs in the Village must be leashed in accordance with NY State Law. This is for your protection as well as your pet. Please remember:

With the increase in the number of dogs, we feel it is important that All dog owners follow these rules.  If you wish to file a complaint, please put it in writing and mail it to us.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.  If you have received this letter and no longer have a dog, could you please notify the office at 585-396-2700 so that we may update our records.

Sincerely,

Michelle Alvaro; BHVA Site Manager
